A tasty easy snack that really is a fat bomb! I got this idea from my mom, always at Christmas, we had a block of cream cheese with jalapeño cranberry jelly poured on top served with crackers. Now here is the healthy way to have it!
Put as much or as little cream cheese as you like on any low carb cracker. I used Fat Snax crackers, then pour a little GHughes Sweet Chili Sauce on top. Super yummy and can be eaten as a snack or fat bomb. You could pour the sauce over a block of cream cheese and surround it with crackers for a great holiday appetizer.
I love these Fat Snax crackers because they are so low carb. 17 crackers for only 5-6 carbs, depending on the flavor! I recommend this Variety pack so you can try all the great flavors.
