These pancakes are the perfect breakfast for all you newbies out there, and after you transition out of the first phase, you can add some delicious berries. They only have two major ingredients: eggs and cream cheese, and they have a nice creamy crepe-like texture. The batter is thinner and doesn’t make a more fluffy pancake. The sweetener is optional, but I add a very small amount of liquid or powdered stevia.
Make sure you use a good non-stick pan with melted butter to fry them in. Let them cook for about 2 minutes, and they should flip quickly. Some people have a problem flipping them, but they usually try to flip too soon. Make sure you watch the video to see exactly what to do.
You can top with your Sugarfree syrup of choice, I like to use Walden Farms Pancake Syrup because it’s zero carb. It’s excellent mixed with melted butter. I hope you enjoy these yummy pancakes! 🥞
