Cream Cheese Pound Cake

This was very good! The texture was spot on, just like pound cake! I used a different sweetener, Allulose, for the first time. I’m not sure how much I like that sweetener. It was good, but I'm thinking how to make it even better. I would recommend doing the lemon option. Add some lemon extract and lemon zest and then a lemon glaze for the top I think would be really good! You could also add any other extract to change it up! I used the plain pound cake cut up in chunks for chocolate fondue. I also had it for breakfast with some sf strawberry jam. I loved that! (The photo shows a double recipe in a 10 inch loaf pan)
