Creamy Keto Pumpkin Soup with Italian Sausage

Adding the sausage takes this pumpkin soup to the next level. I subbed the milk for heavy cream mixed with a little chicken broth and subbed the flour with a very small amount of xanthan gum. I used a little less pumpkin to cut the carbs a bit. Pumpkin seeds and parsley make a great garnish on top of the shaved Parmesan.
