This is such a great versatile recipe! I use it as a crepe or as a flour tortilla.
It can go savory or sweet. I make breakfast burritos, enchiladas, and manicotti, and do desserts with berries and whipped cream. You can also use it for breakfast and spread it with cream cheese and sugar-free jam!
