Crispy Baked Tofu

Seasoned with sesame oil, tamari, and soy sauce, this baked tofu is a crispy delight. We have a similar recipe at the Virta resource center, but this recipe has additional sesame and tamari flavorings. It has a nice crispy, almost toasty bread taste. There are several ways to cook this, so find one that works for you!

Can you share the different ways to cook this and what you prefer? I've never made tofu before, and I feel like this doesn't explain how to cook it at all. I'm looking at all the tofu options on Instacart, and I'm seeing different firmness. Which type did you use and how much?
