I made my usual alfredo sauce but used crunchy garlic in addition to regular garlic. Crunchy garlic is this new condiment that just makes everything taste better, it adds some spice and zip to things! Start with a stick of butter, add about two tablespoons of minced garlic and about two teaspoons of crunch garlic. Cook for a minute or so over medium heat. Add heavy cream. The amount can vary just by how much sauce you like. I usually do 3-4 cups, but I make a lot because this is usually a special occasion type meal for several people. Then I add about two packages of Kraft shredded Parmesan cheese. This is all to taste and quantities can vary. Simmer over low heat and reduce a little stirring often. I added a little seasoning salt and pepper. it has a slight orangy tinge because of the crunchy garlic, but it is so good!
Pour over low-carb noodles or zoodles.
