I saw this being made on Instagram or TikTok, but the eggs were over toast. I substituted chaffles for the toast. Bacon sprinkled on top might be good on these cheesy eggs (recipe), too!

Here is the chaffle recipe, but you could use your favorite chaffle if you like.
