Another great recipe from Dean’s creative keto mind: this Salmon Ball looks so good! Great served with the cucumber slices and low-carb crackers, or you could do bell pepper or mini sweet peppers, which would also be good.

Here’s the recipe and what Dean had to say about this yummy creation:
I wanted to try something new for lunch, and I had smoked salmon and cream cheese. So I mixed them together and formed a ball. I used cucumber slices and cauliflower crackers from Aldi. The smoked salmon cream cheese ball turned out great.
Recipe
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz smoked salmon
black pepper
1 onion
1 bell pepper
I mixed everything with a mixer until well blended.
