This is Dean’s yummy creation for breakfast using a portobello mushroom stuffed with a fried sunny side-up egg and various other goodness. I’ve never seen a mushroom stuffed with a fried egg before! I would like this for any meal! YUM! 🍄🍳🥓

Breakfast this morning: Stuffed Portobello mushrooms
1 mushroom cap
1sunny side up egg
Grilled peppers and onions
2 Kirkland thick cut bacon strips
Cooked in avocado oil
Cook the mushroom until tender. Use only oil to cook it in. Sautée the peppers and onions until soft. Cook your egg. After that, it is time to assemble. Put peppers and onions in first with some of the bacon. Add the egg and put the rest of the bacon and peppers and onions on top. I then put spicy chipotle sauce on the whole thing.
It was something very different. This is worth a try if you love mushrooms. Hope you will give it a try. Enjoy God Bless
