This almond cake is so delicious and is a huge hit with everyone! Debra substitutes the Erythritol with Allulose and yogurt for the sour cream. Try experimenting with Allulose. Debra has found when she does eat it, it lowers her blood sugar! Isn’t that amazing? The yogurt sub is usually because she has it on hand and rarely has sour cream. Debra’s husband really loves this cake!
