Keto High Fiber Breakfast Cereal
Ingredients:
150g Fresh Ground Flaxseed
200g Raw Shelled Hemp Seed
100g Chia Seeds
110g Collagen Peptides
110g Inulin
50g Psyllium Husk Powder
Weigh and mix all ingredients. Store in the refrigerator.
Mix with a small amount of water when ready to eat.
Top with yogurt and the Keto High Fiber Granola and a few blueberries or a few raspberries
