Debra developed this great Keto English Muffin while traveling the country in her RV. It’s a great, easy way for her to have bread on the road when keto bread products aren’t always available. Just a quick mix in a bowl. Debra uses a 4 cup Pyrex bowl. I’ll put a photo and link below. and then you have an English Muffin in one minute. Debra only has a microwave and cooktop, so she toasts her muffin in this great microwave toaster!
You can also make microwave waffles and panini’s!
