These are SO good!
1 cup Italian pork rind crumbs (amazon)
Half-block of cream cheese softened
2 eggs
Top with Parmesan cheese!
I spread it right onto a small cookie sheet with a rubber spatula.
Bake 400 for 20 minutes (keep checking on this as ovens vary)
