Pancakes with a tangy twist!


Some of you might know I’m a big fan of weekend pancakes. Been playing with a cream cheese recipe for a while and I think I finally perfected it. Secret was using 1/2 cream cheese and 1/2 sour cream for some tang. Here is that recipe. Uses almond flour so make sure you’re in phase 2 before trying.

Serves 1 since most of us are flying solo without family participating.

14g protein, 8 carbs, 28 fat.

Adding SF maple syrup will add 3 more carbs.


Ingredients:

3 T & 2 t almond flour

1 t coconut flour

1/4 t baking powder

1/4 t granular Swerve

1 egg

1 T cream cheese

1 T sour cream

1/4 t vanilla extract
