A stuffed pork chop with cheese and green peppers or whatever you would like to put inside! Could do cheese, jalapeño, and bacon too!
I pounded out a pork chop. I laid some cheese on it, garlic salt, onion, and green peppers. I rolled it up and “breaded” it with pork rind crumbs. I cooked it in an air fryer for 22 minutes. It tastes great and has practically zero carbs.
