8 oz sliced mushrooms - sauce in 1T butter, 1T olive oil till soft remove from pan 1 1/2 lbs ground beef - Brown ground beef in pot 1 large onion roughly chopped - add onions cook till translucent 2 cups beef broth - add broth to beef mixture 1 28 oz can of tomatoes - chop tomatoes with a knife in the can or smash in your hand into the pot. empty the can into the pot 1 16oz bag of frozen green beans - add green beans 1 teaspoon of dried basil - add basil and oregano 1/2 teaspoon of oregano 1 cup water - add water cover and cook for 20-30 minutes till the green beans are softened. Serve with 1-2 Tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
