What to do with leftover eggs in a bowl? Make eggrolls of course! I’ve done it three ways. Made them using a warmed Folio’s cheese wrap, a blanched cabbage leaf, or with this dough. They all are really good and I like to dip the eggroll in sugar-free Sweet Chili Sauce by G Hughes.
The dough wrappers are better fried, but will probably do well in an air fryer!
