Eileen’s Rosemary and Paprika Walnuts

What a great snack! You can also add any other herbs or spices you like!

A delicious snack if you are tired of plain walnuts.


Add to one pound of unsalted walnuts:

2 T. melted butter

2 T. extra virgin olive oil

5 T. finely chopped fresh rosemary

1 t. paprika

2 t. salt.


Mix all ingredients together and spread them out on a cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees, stirring once or twice so they don't burn, for 20 to 25 minutes.


Serve warm or at room temperature.
