Enjoy easy-to-make, crispy, and delicious air-fried chicken with these keto oven-fried chicken thighs. The aroma of these chicken thighs while they cook is absolutely amazing!
Egg mixture:
2 eggs
1/4 cup HWC
Breading for the chicken:
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp of seasoning of your choice (I did Italian seasoning).
Dip chicken thighs in the egg mixture, and then, place into the breading.
Cook in an air fryer at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown and 165 internal temp.
