Try this breading out using crushed cheese crisps!

I was truly missing fried food until this. It's an OMG Keto cooking moment: Crispy, “bacony” fried shrimp.
To make breading, crush half a bag of Aldi Savoritz Parmesan Crisps into coarse chunks. (About an ounce)
Add 1 ounce of almond flour.
Add garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper to taste.
Beat an egg.
Add bacon fat to a hot pan (from about eight strips left over from making family breakfast.)
Dip a dozen peeled shrimp (you can leave tails on if you wish) into the egg and then the crumbs and place them in hot bacon drippings.
Cook a couple minutes on each side until nicely browned. Then enjoy!
The breading probably works for chicken, too.
