This is a breakfast salad with eggs! It makes a beautiful presentation, too, with the Everything Bagel Seasoning croutons and the little balls of cream cheese rolled in the seasoning. I made the croutons with the great low-carb bagels from Keto Bistro on Etsy. For the dressing, I just substituted some liquid Allulose for the honey and added some chopped garlic, which is certainly optional.
