Feta pasta became a viral recipe on social media. An easy, flavorsome dish using a whole block of feta cheese and a few other ingredients. Here is my keto version.
Put tomatoes and a block of feta cheese in a baking dish, then drizzle with avocado oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
Mix all together and add shirataki or another noodle of choice. Garnish with fresh basil!
