These tortillas are so easy to make on a silpat mat! I really think it’s a must for the tortilla to easily release after cooking in the microwave for two minutes. I’ll put a link at the end of the post for the silicone mats I used
You can use the tortillas like they are fresh from the microwave or place them in a dry skillet for 30 seconds to a minute on each side and this gives the tortillas more structure. More lime a pita bread or a tortilla tgst can be used as a sandwich wrap or with tortillas Even a pizza crust! I like them both ways
