I saw YouTubers, The Keto Twins, make some yummy chaffle toppings the other day to go on their very crispy chaffle recipe. That chaffle recipe is truly one of the best if you want a very crispy, non-eggy chaffle. This recipe was delicious. Different, that’s for sure, but it’s good to change things up and not have a typical pizza chaffle. So go for a walk on the wild side and watch this video on making this yummy chaffle with French onion dip and caramelized onions! 🧇

This French Onion Dip chaffle has a layer of French onion dip, then caramelized onions, provolone, and a sprinkle of fresh thyme. It's delicious! The video below shows exactly how to make it.

I also made my French onion dip with sour cream and this McCormick Just 5 French Onion Dip Seasoning. It’s good because it’s just five clean ingredients and no chemicals. You can find it in grocery stores and on Amazon. The prepared dips in the stores contain things like maltodextrin, MSG, and other not-so-great ingredients.

This 12-pack is the best price on Amazon. I bought the French onion flavor this way and have used it in several recipes. I’ve made dip; I sprinkle it over a roast, add a little beef broth and simmer it in a crockpot, mix it into burgers or meatballs, a chicken and cauliflower rice casserole, and of course, any soup or, in particular, French Onion Soup! To give a little inspiration, here’s an article on “39 Recipes That Start With a Packet of Onion Soup Mix.” (These are not all keto recipes, but just ways to hopefully give some ideas!)
