I was unable to find a written recipe for this particular dish, so I had to rely on my estimation skills from a TikTok video. Unfortunately, the video didn't provide any measurements. I did my best to guess the proportions, and the result turned out to be highly delicious!

French Onion Pork Chops

Marinade for the Pork Chops

Olive Oil-about 1/2 cup

Garlic Powder-about 1-2 teaspoons

Dried or Fresh Rosemary-1-2 teaspoons

Mix the ingredients, pour over the pork chops, and let marinate for at least an hour. My pork chops were very small, and I only used four, so if you have more, you might need to double the marinade.

I cooked the pork chops in the air fryer for just a minute, turned them over, and then sprinkled them with the Just 5 Onion Soup Mix by McCormick. I might have sprinkled a little too much, so I lightly sprinkled it.

These were very small pork chops, and they cooked very fast in the air fryer. Just another minute, and they were done, but you could also use the oven and bake them slower.

Butter Garlic Sauce

1/2 stick melted butter

1 Tablespoon minced garlic, or you could use garlic powder.

I heated that in the microwave, removed it, and added fresh chopped parsley; you could add dried very easily. To serve, pour it over the pork chops.

I served this with Cauliflower Mash a la George and Green Beans with Almonds. A super yummy dinner!

This is the seasoning I used. It has good, clean ingredients and doesn’t have the wonky ingredients in the other soup mixes. I got this at the grocery store. I think it was Kroger. Amazon does sell it, though. Of course they do!
