George V's Bean-less Chili with Fresh Veggies

How to get fresh veggies greens into bean-less chili... when serving mine... chop up a big handful of fresh spinach... put it in the bottom of the bowl... then layer Virta-friendly chili on top, cover, and warm in the microwave 4 +/- minutes.


I like chorizo & lamb in my chili, but that might be too experimental. You can potentially use beef and lamb. Or use pork chunk meat like a Johnsonville chorizo pork sausage and a hot sausage.
