This Asian salad was delicious and healthy. I added brown Monkfruit sweetener and a little fish sauce to the marinade. It's just because I think it brings a great non-fishy flavor. For the dressing, instead of regular honey, I had some of the keto hot honey I made with allulose and used that instead, and it did perfectly. The dressing was so good. Making some of the dressing and keeping it in the fridge for salads would be good. The pasta was substituted with Ready-to-eat Miracle Noodles.
This is the Hot Honey recipe, but I think just plain liquid Allulose would work, or any other low-carb sweetener.
This is the link for the Ready-to-Eat Miracle Noodles. Any low-carb noodle you prefer will work just fine. I like these very much, though.
