Gnocchi in Sage Butter Sauce

My first time making gnocchi! This was very yummy!

This was very good. Next time, I want to experiment by adding a bit more ricotta to see if it would make the dish a little fluffier. So, maybe make it the recipe way at first, make a couple, and then maybe try more ricotta if they aren’t fluffy enough. They were still good as prepared the way the recipe said to make them!
