This was just a kind of wing-it thing, so however you want to season it or the veggies you want to use will be great. It is a very quick and easy recipe to assemble.
I cut some chicken tenders and seasoned them with seasoning salt and All-purpose Greek Seasoning.
Then, I pan-fried the chicken with some butter.

In the same pan, I warmed up some leftover cauliflower rice that I had cooked with seasoning salt and garlic and assembled the bowl with English cucumber slices, grape tomatoes, and Feta cheese.
I made some Tzatziki sauce with Greek yogurt, fresh dill, a splash of lemon juice, garlic powder, and seasoning salt. (Some olives would have been good with this, too!)
