These turned out so good! Can’t go wrong wrapping anything in bacon for sure. You could also use asparagus.
Just wrap bundles of frozen or canned green beans in half slices of applewood smoked bacon or your favorite bacon.
Melt 3 Tablespoons of butter in a skillet and add 3 Tablespoons brown sugar Swerve or your brown sugar low-carb sweetener of choice. Stir until melted.
Place bundles in a baking dish, baste with brown sugar butter, then sprinkle tops with a little more brown sugar and sea salt flakes then bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until bacon looks crispy.
