I loved going to Mexican restaurants and having the pan of sizzling fajitas meats brought to my table. I also loved the chips and the tortillas and Margaritas ... and on and on. Now, with living a low-carb life, my love for the sizzling fajita meats continues but as a salad instead. I think this is my new favorite salad of any kind.
The lime juice adds a nice light and refreshing flavor. While making this recipe, just be conscious of the brown sugar and substitute it with Swerve or another sweetener. (Shh, I added a little more garlic also!)
