Grilled Flank Steak with Avocado Chimichurri Sauce

I think flank steak might be nudging the ribeye steak as my favorite cut of meat! It is so flavorful. A little expensive, but worth the treat. I’ve made two or three chimichurri sauces now and they are so good on all kinds of meats, poultry, or fish. Then adding avocado just takes it to the next level!
