I decided to make some sugarftee chocolate candy to go in two gift bags. This was a bit challenging because I didn’t have much sugar-free chocolate to work with and coloring the chocolate was a bit difficult because the chocolate would cool very quicly and seize up. I would have to start all over, so I’m thinking the easiest thing to do is just melt the chocolate and don’t worry about coloring it.
I also wished I had taken a toothpick and stirred each candy in the mold to release any air bubbles. But I just used Lily’s white chocolate chips, melted in the microwave. Make sure to not microwave too long. I heated for one minute, stirred, and then heated for another 30 seconds and this worked best.
I took red a yellow drops of food coloring to make orange, mixed, then poured in the silicone molds. Put in the fridge or freezer to harden, then pop out and take some more weight chocolate that has been dyed green and paint on the stems.
For the larger pieces I wanted a Nestle Crunch type candy so I warmed Salted Caramel chips like before and mixed in some crushed Keto Granola (whatever kind you like or even nuts and coconut flakes would work too.) This actually turned out very good. Just refrigerate and then paint any decorations with colored white chocolate. You could skip this step and make it a lot easier!
This is a very tasty granola!
These are the molds I used in Amazon.
