I made these for Christmas morning breakfast! So good!
These keto ham and cheese sliders from Lowkarbkhaleesi were so yummy; my family enjoyed them, too! I used Chompies low-carb dinner rolls, only three carbs each. They do have wheat and soy, but at three carbs, I think they are doable for an occasional thing. It's best to check with a Virta coach, though. Use any keto bread you like.
I included the eggs, but these are also great made without the eggs. I added a bit more sauce. Super good!
