OK, this is a delicious stuffed pastry, not something else!
If anyone has been to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, a staple up here back to the era when they were doing copper mining, was the pasty. This was one item I missed so much while on the Virta program. With a little bit of experimentation, we now have a keto version of the pasty.
