The first cup of hot chocolate of the season! 🍫☕️ So warm and comforting. Unsweetened chocolate almond milk, a splash of cream (optional), and a tiny bit of stevia. This is very, very low carb and is such a great way to have hot chocolate. It’s also very good cold and tastes like whole milk chocolate milk!
I found these sugar-free marshmallows on Amazon; they are REALLY good. They are 2.5 carbs apiece, so need to be mindful of how many you use. You could use whipping cream for fewer carbs. Just wanted to try them. A little shaved chocolate, too, to make it fancy. The cup with the marshmallow and cream is about five carbs for one cup. It's just a very nice treat that makes me happy. 😊
