Who needs a bun when you can use a poblano pepper? Just cut a poblano pepper in half and scoop out the ribs and seeds. Sprinkle cheddar cheese or whatever cheese you like in the bottom, place the hot dog (I also like to use jalapeño cheddar sausages) on top, more cheese, then wrap in bacon. Place in the air fryer or oven for about ten minutes or until bacon looks crispy at 390 degrees. You can dip in mustard, ketchup, queso, or whatever dip you like! These would be great for the Super Bowl!
