I start the book with some back story and move on to a lot of information on how to begin a ketogenic diet and hopefully avoid as many pitfalls as possible. I then include a 7-Day a meal Plan, Shopping List, and many simple beginner recipe to help you get off to a great start on keto!
This is great Back-to-Basics plan if you feel yourself slipping and want a good restart to get back on track if you are more experienced.
I delve into mindset, which is one of the most important things beginning any diet program. I also talk about plateaus. Yes, the dreaded plateau and they are almost inevitable if you are doing keto long term.

AND for anyone wanting a very fast way to lose up to 20 pounds in two weeks, there is a Bonus Super Fast Turbo plan! It’s not really very healthy to lose weight that fast, but sometimes there are special occasions coming up. It’s not really a sustainable plan, but it’s a fast plan that works, but the food is still healthy. It’s also important to get medical advice before starting any weight loss plan. But I give information to make it healthy and sustainable if you would like to try a stricter ketogenuc diet!
