This is what happens when you’re in a pandemic and you want to think of fun things to do at home for your family when going out isn’t as easy as it once was! This was for Valentine’s Day 2021, and I thought it turned out great! I thought this chocolate fondue maker was so cute! It keeps cheese warm too! This reminds me, I need to try that! 🧀
I have made cheese fondue before with keto dippers, but I didn’t have this fondue set at the time. For the chocolate fondue, all I did was melt, it very slowly in the microwave, the Stevia-sweetened Belgian chocolate I think is to die for! It melted perfectly and I didn’t have to add anything. For the keto dippers, I had, of course, strawberries! Oh, my heavens so good dipped in that great chocolate! This whole setup is a proceed-with-caution situation as you can get carried away dipping things in melted chocolate and it’s very easy to lose track of EVERYTHING! But every once in a while I think it’s fine to indulge a bit, especially if it’s keto! 🍫 🍓

My family had a great time with this and it was just my way of saying “I Love You” on Valentine’s Day, but any day is, good for that! 💕 (I also had a couple of carby things to dip with for them, but don’t tell anyone! 🤫 )

This Keto Belgian Chocolate is the absolute best I have ever tried and I have tried a lot. It’s also the lowest carb and best price! 🍫
(It sometimes is out of stock, but usually comes back in stock fairly fast, so don’t despair. I usually buy at least two boxes and one time I bought three! )

And last but not least -- cake. These Smart cakes have good ingredients but the carbs add up.
You could always do the fondue with just some strawberries, which would still be delicious and much easier to control. Just put the amount on your plate that fits your macros and that’s it. Stop there! This doesn’t have to be something to throw you way over on your carb count!
The Smart Cakes come in so many great flavors. Cinnamon or Vanilla Latte would be good. Also chocolate and strawberry!
This is a one-time thing I did during a pandemic. I don’t want to encourage you to go overboard. I mainly want to illustrate that there are still fun delicious things we CAN have, we just need to do so wisely!
