Keto Irish Corned Beef with Horseradish Sauce

I remember making corned beef a long time ago! I think you can buy corned beef in a ready-to-cook package, but, if you can’t find that I think a brisket would work well. This is an instant pot recipe but I’m also including a slow cooker version too! The horseradish sauce is perfect with this!
