Keto Italian Broccoli Cauliflower Salad🥗

This is a great end-of-summer salad! You can use it as a side salad with some grilled protein or I also like it for a lunch salad with some grilled chicken, sliced salami, deli ham, pepperoni, or whatever you like! I blanch the broccoli and cauliflower florets for just a minute or so just to take the raw taste away, but you certainly don’t have to. If you do blanch, let both veggies cool completely before adding to the salad. I like to use the Cherry tomatoes that are the different colors. 🍅 The dressing is delicious as is, but sometimes I add some red pepper flakes to make it a little spicer!🌶️



These are the great marinated mozzarella balls I get at Walmart. They are so good marinated in herbs and spices 🌿🧀
