Keto Jalapeño Popper Taquitos

I love anything and everything jalapeño poppers! These taquitos are a great snack or meal with a salad! You can make the cheese tortilla shells or just use a low-carb tortilla and fry them in a skillet or air fry. I like to use Mr. Tortilla or Mama Lupe’s tortillas. I like to use Mexican Blend cheese with this. The jalapeño popper mixture is also good as a lettuce wrap or scooped with bell peppers or pork rinds!
