Great to serve at barbecues and for watching sports! Even breakfast!
The basic quantities I use are:
One brick of cream cheese
One package of shredded parmesan cheese (not the grated kind)
One pound of bacon, slices cut in half
Probably about 12 jalapeños, halved and scooped out of pulp and seeds
Seasoning of choice, I use One and Done or DL Jardines 5 Star Rub
Mix cream cheese and shredded parmesan together and fill jalapeño halves, then wrap in a bacon slice. Place on a foil-lined pan. I sprinkle with a favorite seasoning salt, but any seasoning like a steak or bbq rub would work or even some garlic and onion powder. Then bake at 350 degrees until the bacon is crispy and done. About 30 minutes. SOOO good!
The photo shows the recipe tripled.
