Jalapeño Poppers Stuffed with Bacon

No need to wrap these in bacon because the bacon is in the stuffing!



8 oz Cream Cheese softened

Chopped Red Bell Pepper

Sliced Green Onions

2 oz Shredded Cheddar

8 Slices of Bacon, cooked & diced

1 tsp Granulated Garlic

1 tsp Chipotle Seasoning


Topping:

Pork Rind Crumbs @porkkinggood

Shredded Parmesan

Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Stir the remaining ingredients together and fill the jalapenos. Sprinkle with pork rind crumbs and a few pinches of shredded parmesan.


Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until golden brown and peppers are tender.
