Jean’s Chicken Under a Brick with Hot Honey

I made Jean’s spatchcock chicken recipe and drizzled it with hot honey. It was very tasty! Hot honey is just so good on chicken. I also made the chicken in an air fryer because I didn’t have a brick! I probably could have used a cast iron skillet—I just thought of it. It was served with Cauliflower Spanish rice and green beans with almonds.
