A broccoli pizza crust! Who would have thought?
Made my family pizza for dinner. Made myself a broccoli-based crust. Strong enough
to hold cheese, pepperoni, bacon, and sausage. No tomato sauce.
Keto Broccoli Pizza Crust
Ingredients:
1-2 crowns broccoli
1/4 c Mexican Blend Cheese
1/4 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
1t Garlic
Salt/Pepper to taste
1. Microwave broccoli crowns until almost cooked.
2. Pulse broccoli in a food processor until finely chopped.
3. Put broccoli in a clean towel and wring out as much water as possible.
4. Mix broccoli and other ingredients until thoroughly combined. Press into a thin circular layer on a parchment line baking sheet.
5. Bake at 400F until the edges start to brown.
6. Remove from oven, and add toppings. return to oven and bake until done.
