John’s Keto Coconut Cream Berry Ice Cream

A delicious dairy-free dessert!

Try this today...using Splenda....figuring around 15 carbs per serving.


Ingredients

1 can of coconut cream

3 cups frozen berries

4 Tablespoons of Torani SF syrup (| used raspberry flavored or choose a sweetener of your

choice)


Instructions

In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend your coconut cream and frozen

berries on high.


Add your sweetener and blend again. Taste for desired sweetness and add more

sweetener if you feel it needs it.


Pour into a shallow dish and freeze for 4-6 hours until hard.


Scoop and eat!


If it gets too hard to scoop, just let it sit out for 5-10 minutes or microwave it for 30

seconds and it should be fine.
