These are great treats that taste just like Reese’s!
Ingredients:
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
3 TBP melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
Splenda chocolate chips or Lilly's
In a food processor grind up the first 3 ingredients until it looks almost like a dough.
Then mix in the Splenda chocolate chips or Lilly's
Use a melon ball scoop to make the balls.
Refrigerate for 30 - 40 minutes and they will get hard as they cool.
You can dip them in melted keto-friendly chocolate if you wish.
