What great little mixed berry cheesecake tarts/fat bombs. Use whatever berries you like! I made blueberry swirl crustless cheesecake (with a couple of stray strawberries).
Half of the tartlet is a serving and doubles as a very filling fat bomb. It tastes amazing when frozen and left to thaw for about 10 minutes. The recipe I used includes a crust but I didn't bother with making it.
